1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been shipped, you can do so easily. Simply contact us at business.carryclassy@gmail.com within 1 hours of placing your order. We will process your cancellation promptly and issue a full refund.
All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 15 business working days
- After Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you can't initiate a return if the product does not meet your expectations.
2. Return Process
We want to make the return process as hassle-free as possible. If you receive a product that is damaged or not as described, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at business.carryclassy@gmail.com within 12 Hrs. of receiving your order.
- Video Evidence: To ensure a smooth return process, please provide a video recording of the unboxing of the parcel. This helps us assess any damage or discrepancies with the product.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request and video evidence, we will review it and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
3. Refund Process

We offer return / exchange within first 7 days from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed
since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund of any kind.
- In case of any Refunds approved by the MAA MUNDESHWARI ENTERPRISES , it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be credited to the end customer.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
